A. Definitions
1."Observation Period"
Candidates are required to complete a 7-day observation period before their official onboarding. During this period, the organization will assess the candidate's skills, work ethics, and alignment with company values.
2."Salary Payment"
Salary will be processed and paid only after the successful completion of the first 30 days of employment. All payments will be transferred as per the organization's payroll cycle.
3."Probation Period"
A 3-month probation period applies to all new hires. During this time, performance and suitability for the role will be evaluated. The organization reserves the right to terminate employment during the probation period if performance is unsatisfactory.
4." Leave Policy During Probation"
No leaves are permitted during the probation period, except for emergencies or on medical grounds, subject to prior approval. Unauthorized leaves will result in disciplinary action and may impact the candidate's employment status.
5."Employment Confirmation"
Successful completion of the probation period is mandatory for confirmation of permanent employment. Confirmation is subject to a satisfactory performance review at the end of the probation period.
6."Code of Conduct"
Candidates are expected to adhere to company policies, maintain confidentiality, and follow professional ethics at all times. Any breach of conduct may result in immediate dismissal.
7."Termination Clause"
The organization reserves the right to terminate employment without prior notice if: Performance is found unsatisfactory. Company policies or terms of employment are violated.
8."Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA)"
Candidates are required to sign a Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) to protect the confidentiality of sensitive company information.
9."Work Timings"
Candidates must adhere to the designated work hours. Any deviation must be approved in advance by the reporting manager.

Employees must comply with all existing and future company policies, which may be updated periodically.
